Privacy notice

What this notice covers

This notice explains how DeliveryIQ handles the information you give us through this website. It covers the contact enquiry form and email contact only. The Delivery DNA application is a separate application with its own notices, and any paid engagement is covered by terms agreed with each customer.

Information we collect

• Required: your full name, work email address and organisation.
• Optional: your role, organisation size and main delivery challenge.
• Which DeliveryIQ capabilities you are interested in.
• Whether you would consider becoming a design partner.
• Whether you consented to product updates, the wording version you agreed to, and when you agreed.
• Submission time, the page you submitted from, and campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example utm_source).
• A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, used only to rate limit the form. We do not store your IP address.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry or design-partner interest, and — only where you have opted in — to send you DeliveryIQ product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message or emailing hello@deliveryiq.co.uk.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in our managed cloud database. They are not readable from the browser and are accessible only to authorised DeliveryIQ personnel through server-side access. Personal information you submit is not written to browser or server logs.

Delivery DNA

Starting a Delivery DNA Snapshot or Overview takes you to a separate DeliveryIQ application on another address. Information you enter there is handled under that application’s own notices, not this one.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@deliveryiq.co.uk.
